Gig Masters are hands off. When something goes wrong they do nothing.

They blocked my bad review of the photographer that was a total NO SHOW and are only showing his good reviews. This is wrong, false advertising and just awful business. They also do not Vet their vendors or have any repercussions for them when they take your money and do not show up. They have a lot of policies but none of which they enforce.

Their managers and supervisors are about 12 years old and do not have the ability to know right from wrong or resolve a situation.

The trouble is you think you are booking valid companies but anyone can make an account and solicit themselves as a professional on their platform and then you are SOL. Don't do it - we lost $6k

Preferred solution: Protect your clients by having a non-tolerance NO SHOW policy for your vendors. They will be removed from the platform..
