I booked a harp job via gigmasters. Signed contract, I called the bride a month before the job to confirm.

The job was confirmed. I traveled from miami to clearwater florida with my wife to do the job. We stayed over the night before at the Embassy Suites in Tampa Florida. I arrived at the venue location with my harp, and was informed that the bride decided to use another harpist.

I called the bride, she had informed me that she cancelled the job via gigmasters and payed them my full price. I do not know who is telling the truth. I called gigmasters and they were very cold about trying to get me paid, and calling the client. Obviously gigmasters does not support the people working for them.

I will not renew with them.

I am also an accordionist, pianist, steel pannist and guitarist. I guess they do not need accordionists which are hard to find.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: One years free membership. Gold .
